Great views and comfy stay

Had a pretty good experience on the 12th floor! The view was just awesome, and the room was spacious with a nice balcony. Clean and comfy too. Just a bit noisy at night with other guests coming and going. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch, though. Would recommend if you're looking for a solid place to relax.

The staff was nice and helpful, always ready to go the extra mile when needed. I even got a clean room upgraded to a larger one with a surprisingly spacious bathroom.

The hotel offers excellent breakfast options with a diverse buffet that includes Sicilian delicacies. However, the room cleanliness needs improvement, as there were visible marks on the walls. Additionally, the bathtubs in the bathrooms require modernization, and the lifts are slow, making the wait frustrating, especially during peak hours.

Check-in was quick and easy, which I appreciated after a long day traveling. The bed in my room was comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The breakfast had a decent variety of pastries, even though the quality of the hot items could be better. On the downside, the air conditioning in my room didn't work at all, and I had to ask multiple times for assistance. It was uncomfortable trying to sleep in the heat. The bathroom left much to be desired. it felt outdated and lacked proper maintenance, with a broken soap dish and poor water pressure. The WiFi connectivity was weak, making it hard to stay connected. One significant downside was that the hotel is located next to the produce wholesale market, and the noise from trucks early in the morning was disruptive. Overall, while there were some bright spots, the room's condition and noise factor really took away from my experience.
